4. A monthly check-in
A short catch-up on your numbers. Month to month, cancel any time.

A beautiful, fast site with your own reservations system, personalised confirmation emails for your guests, and a live dashboard where your managers see bookings and update events and the gallery.
HR Control
Starters, leavers, sickness and staff records, linked to your rotas so nothing is keyed twice.
Why an operator, not a software company
Forty years in technology, from telecoms at BT to computer engineering with US giants Honeywell and Digital Equipment Corporation, then satellite TV in Spain, hospitality and property technology. I built these systems because I needed them, and I still use every one.

Your figures are kept separate from my own venues and from every other client. I always sign a two-way NDA before we look at anything. Your business is confidential to you, so speak freely.

You add me as a user, so there are no shared passwords, and you can remove me any time.
